Are you a content creator with a knack for storytelling and fast-paced editing? The Content Creators Showdown challenges participants to produce, edit, and deliver high-quality content under pressure.
Given a surprise topic on the spot, creators must craft compelling content and showcase their editing skills within a set timeframe.
Prizes
🏆 1st Prize: 1,000,000 XAF
🥈 2nd Prize: 500,000 XAF
🥉 3rd Prize: 250,000 XAF
Challenge Format
- Participants will receive a specific topic or problem on-site.
- They must create and edit a short video within the given timeframe.
- Content should be engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
- Time is limited – speed, creativity, and execution are key!
Judging Criteria
Teams will be evaluated based on the following:
Creativity & Storytelling (30%)
- Unique and engaging content
- Strong storytelling and clear message delivery
Editing & Production Quality (30%)
- Smooth transitions, effects, and overall video polish
- Proper use of sound, visuals, and pacing
Relevance & Impact (20%)
- How well the content aligns with the assigned topic
- Potential impact and engagement factor
Technical Complexity (15%)
- Ability to deliver a well-edited video within the timeframe
- Efficiency in handling the production process
Who can Participate
✅ Must register for the Hustlers Conference Competition
✅ Must pay registration fee of 10,000 XAF for your team
✅ Each participant must have a working laptop or editing device
✅ Must have all necessary editing software pre-installed
🚨 Important Rule: Pre-recorded footage and pre-edited templates will NOT be allowed. All content must be created on the spot!
